CrewPay (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the CrewPay iPad application (“App”).

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide: Employee Number and Birthday (used for login/verification).
Automatically Collected: Diagnostics, crash logs, basic usage analytics, device information (iPad model, iOS version). We may use Apple and Firebase services to collect this data.

2. How We Use Information

Provide core app functionality (calculations, projections).
Authenticate and secure your account.
Improve performance and reliability of CrewPay.
Comply with legal requirements and App Store policies.

3. Data Storage

Entered data is stored locally on your device. Login credentials may be stored in Apple Keychain.
Anonymized analytics may be processed by Firebase (Google LLC) under its terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

CrewPay may require a subscription to access full features.
Purchases and billing are handled by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not collect or store payment card data.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary with Apple (App Store services, crash reporting) and Firebase (authentication/analytics) to operate the App.

6. Your Choices

You can delete local data in the App using “Reset All.”
You can request assistance or data deletion by contacting us (see below).

7. Children’s Privacy

CrewPay is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
